Top Book Recommendations for Healthcare Executives

What if...?  Dare to Do More, Be More, and Reach Farther Than You Ever Thought Possible
    by Mike Rayburn

"This very short, yet fascinating book, helps executives think in a whole new way by encouraging them to disregard the natural boundaries that can limit how traditional business leaders think," says Daniel J. Hilferty, president and chief executive officer, Independence Blue Cross. "The author encourages leaders to ask themselves, 'What if I could?' or 'What if that was possible?' when dealing with big opportunities or problems. Rayburn points out that this doesn’t mean that you have to do what you dream up, but to simply explore all the possibilities."

Thanks Aubrey for this wonderful list of book suggestions. I know some of the books from your list and truly they are contributing ones. I can surely say that reading, applying and experiences are together constitutes a perfect work environment in any business field, the same applies to healthcare industry as well. I'm a writer by profession and have some good experiences reading great books from various authors. I think adding one or two book suggestions from my side will be okay for you. 1- The Executive Guide to Healthcare Kaizen: Leadership for a Continuously Learning and Improving Organization - By: Mark Graban and Joseph E. Swartz 2- Leadership in Healthcare: Essential Values and Skills (American College of Healthcare Executives Management Series) - By Carson F. Dye Both books are having something great to share from my perspectives and I hope it will contribute to someone else as well. Regards, John Williams http://cheapessaywritingservice.co.uk
